The first turns our attention inwards, helping us access our intuition to find with clarity the direction and possibilities that lie beneath the obvious. The other attends to the external environment by determining what needs to be released – or brought into greater alignment – with who we are becoming.

Environmental Therapy™ began with Mary studying Anthropology and expanded into Feng Shui, Reiki energy healing, her own life experiences and three decades of working with clients.
Intuitive Vision Board™ emerged from her somatic psychotherapy studies and became refined through years of running workshops and mentoring clients.
