What will you do with your new-found freedom?

HERMES, MESSENGER TO THE GODS, TOUR GUIDE TO THE SOUL

At a stage in your life when time is more your own, the bigger question can be how to make the most of it.  No longer propelled by external commitments, you have greater flexibility to please yourself and listen closer to the needs of the soul.

How will you embrace this new-found freedom?

What do you need to restore your natural rhythms?

How will you redesign your lifestyle to be more integrated, abundant and with a nod to your own biodiversity?

I’ve listed the most popular reasons for rewilding below, gathered from working with women (mostly) and watching thousands of vision boards unfold.

One thing’s for sure, it’s clearly not ‘one thing’ alone that satisfies the Soul’s yearning.  It’s a cornucopia of activity.

As you read through the most popular rewilding themes, decide which ones chime with you the most.

  1. Commitment to a broad spectrum of physical, mental and emotional self-care and personal betterment.
  1. Joining the community choir, the writing group, the arts & crafts class, etc – whatever provides the outlet for creative expression.
  1. Launching an enterprise that makes a significant contribution but where profit is not the only measure – or reward.
  1. Voluntary work that gives something back while enjoying the camaraderie of being part of a worthwhile team.
  1. Making time for intimate relationship, re-installing romance, or nurturing the deep connection you share with your partner
  1. Travelling to places on your bucket list, including outings and events at home you’ve never got around to.
  1. Learning a new skill for the sheer joy and challenge of it, to keep the grey cells alive
  1. Supporting the family in way that feels less like duty and more like a pleasure to be lingered over.

I feel fortunate to have found my Soul’s purpose and delighted to be coaching others in rewilding their lifestyles.  The Intuitive Vision Board provides clarity over what particular cornucopia would feed your Soul while the Intuitive Feng Shui creates the optimum environment in which that cornucopia can flourish.

Repair, Restore, Rewild you
Sometimes rewilding is forced upon us by events that bring us up short and our lives to a standstill.  Einstein’s wise words are worth holding onto in such moments:  “In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity.”  That certainly has been my experience of it.

13 years ago I found myself ‘released’ from a long-term relationship but with considerable disparity.  For a while I was homeless, broke and with a daughter and dog in tow – and clueless to know where to start again.

Devastating as it was at the time, it turned out to be my escape from an ‘entrapment’, which became a rewilding opportunity in which I emerged stronger, wiser and more integrated.

But you don’t need to wait for life to dictate your rewilding moment.  You can take the lead anytime you decide that now is the moment to repair, restore and rewild you.  Making an Intuitive Vision Board can provide the fuel-injection.  While creating the optimum space around you with Feng Shui, transforms the energy from how it was before to resonate with the emerging you now.

Hope and Promise
Over the years my own vision boards have given me hope and promise, illuminating the way and tracking my journey to freedom, until such moments the potential captured by those images of the future was ready to take form.  While Feng Shui has been my invaluable companion in helping me move house, 9 times in total, in the last 13 years.

Most people are at a pivotal moment and ripe for rewilding when I see them.  They know what they don’t want but not exactly what they do. Whether it’s a workshop, a consultation or a retreat that’s needed, one way or the other we create a bridge to their intuition for the higher guidance and outcomes they seek.

Sometimes a redesign calls for us to uproot from comfort and complacency to be able to take the necessary steps towards self-recovery, without being held back.  We need stability in our lives for sure.  But we’re not made to sit on the fence indefinitely either.  The Soul needs growth and adventure too.

Life is short.
Be honest.
Be bold.
And own your new-found freedom.
